Panda king isopods is one of the cutest species of isopods. Due to their gregarious nature, fecundity, and vigor, they are beginner species. Like other southeast Asian isopods, their origins are obfuscated; some reportedly claim caves in Vietnam, while others suggest somewhere in Thailand. Their hardiness and ease of culture suggests they’re less troglodytic than other related species, and resting surfaces of both poor and good quality are utilized efficiently.
