Shipping policy

Live Animal

• All live frog shipments are sent via Overnight services via UPS Next Day Air, and Fedex Priority Overnight. You will usually get your animal(s) by noon but there is no guarantee.   
• Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Live Invertebrates (Insects, Isopods, and etc)

• All live invertebrate shipments are sent via UPS Next Day Services, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority. 
• Shipping is calculated at checkout.
• No Live Arrival Guarantee or Health Guarantee will be offered for 2-3days shipping, Only overnight shipping comes with the guarantees. 

Goods

• Goods are shipped via UPS and USPS. They usually arrive in 3-5 days. We combine shipping for live animal and goods. 

Local Pick Up

• Pickup is available in Rosemead (91770) ONLY by appointment. Our facility is not open to the public.
